Floral Chocolate cake- Shewta Shah

Recipe-
Maida -220 gr
Cocoa powder -100 gr
Baking Soda – 1 tspn
Baking powder – 1tspn
Butter – 240 gr
Condensed milk – 400 gr
Vanilla essence – 1.5 tspn
Buttermilk – 3/4 cup
Whipped cream for decore
Method- Take maida in a bowl and add cocoa powder , baking powder, baking soda and mix well. In other vessel take condensed milk and butter and mix it well. Add this mixture to the other dry mixture prepared. Add buttermilk and vanilla essence to it. Mix the batter properly and pour it in a greased baking pan. Put it in the microwave for 9 minutes at high temperature. Garnish the cake using Whipped cream . Using fondant, cut out flowers or any shape , color desired from it and garnish the cake.
